C.B.S Tech & Home Solutions was founded in August 2015 and fully registered, driven by a vision to redefine quality and service delivery in the technical solutions sector.
Officially commenced operations based in Lagos, extending our custom water solutions, aquatic construction, and general contracting expertise across Nigeria.
Successfully completed the Fountain Renovation project for Leola Hotel at Ikeja (June) and delivered durable Roof Felting upgrades for Amara Suits Limited on Onitana St, Ikoyi Lagos (August).
Executed Del-York Group Head Office Renovation work at Victoria Island (January) and completed Swimming Pool Renovation projects for Thyura Group Limited at Temple Road and Lugard Avenue, Ikoyi Lagos (September).
Provided Painting Services for Alliance Française. Commenced multi-site Swimming Pool Renovation projects for Sermatech Nigeria Limited (2021-2022) at Osborne Estate Ikoyi, Jabi Abuja, and Metama Abuja.
Designed, supplied, and installed a dedicated Water Treatment Plant for Direct Construction at Avenue Estate, Ogudu Alapere Lagos (May).
Delivered major RO systems for Azmuth Global Investment (Lekki & Osapa London), Bricks Residents Hotel (Osapa Agongin), and Lanreshittu Motors Limited (Lekki Phase 1 & 2), alongside Pool Renovation and WTP service for Vagan Oil & Gas.
